1 General Terms

ems555 is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ems555 platform and all of its services.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. They apply to every individual who uses the ems555 website, mobile application, or any related service.

ems555 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time for reasonable cause. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on ems555 and enjoy the platform's features, you must meet the following conditions:

• Each user may open only one account. Opening more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential and stored securely.

3 Age Verification

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ems555 receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.

5.2 Bonus Terms

The following conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: The welcome bonus requires a 25x wagering requirement to be met.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may be used for gaming only.
• A bonus may be claimed once only; attempting to claim it more than once may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period from the date the bonus is received, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

ems555 has four VIP tiers. Through regular play you can advance to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP benefits may change at ems555's discretion. Cashback is credited every Monday according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ems555 platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet remains unresolved due to an internet disconnection, the result recorded in the system will be considered final.
• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer — ems555 does not interfere with any outcome.
• ems555 reserves the right to investigate if an unusual betting pattern is detected at its discretion.

6.1 Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, international), football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• The odds displayed by ems555 apply to all bets.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, action will be taken in accordance with ems555's rules.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

6.2 Casino Games

For slots, live casino, and other games, the individual rules of each game apply. Detailed rules can be found in each game's help section. The rules of the game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI) also apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ems555 platform:

• Fraudulent activity, cheating, or attempting to hack the system.
• Stealing another user's information or gaining unauthorized access to an account.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to meet bonus conditions using multiple accounts or in a coordinated manner.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Intentionally attempting to damage ems555's systems or servers.
• Harassing or engaging in offensive behavior toward other users.
• Knowingly exploiting any error or bug in the platform.

If evidence is found of participation in any of the prohibited activities above, ems555 will immediately close the account and reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Closure by the User

8.2 Closure by ems555

ems555 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.

• Extended inactivity on the account (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion as part of responsible gambling).
• On the instruction of a law enforcement authority.
